Melissa is the Managing Member and Founder of the firm. She serves as lead counsel in high-exposure personal injury, product liability, medical malpractice, and automobile-negligence cases in New Jersey and New York state and federal courts, and has secured millions of dollars in recoveries for her clients. A first-generation American and the first in her family to graduate law school, she practices with the dedication she would want for her own family.

Nick joined the firm as a Member in January 2019. He spent nearly the first decade of his career at a large firm defending insurance companies in high-exposure medical malpractice, nursing-home, and personal-injury cases — then switched sides to represent injured people exclusively. That insider's view of how the other side works is a powerful tool for our clients. Since joining the firm, Nick has recovered millions of dollars in compensation.
